I’m Glo Morrell, the founder of The Morrell Collective, and real estate is more than just a career for me—it’s a calling. As a first-generation American, I’ve been deeply inspired by my parents’ journey. They came to this country from Hispaniola 42 years ago with nothing but a dream of owning a home. In 1987, they made that dream a reality in New York. Through their experiences, I learned that with respect, humility, dedication, and hard work, anything is possible. Their journey ignited my passion for architecture, design, and real estate.

Before diving into real estate, I spent 12 years in the high-end interior design world in New York City, overseeing full-scope renovation projects and custom builds nationwide. This design background helps me understand how a home should flow, and I’m able to see the potential in every property I encounter. However, it wasn’t until my husband Tom and I fell in love with Coastal Georgia that I realized my true calling was here, in real estate. We made Savannah our home in 2020, and I’ve had the privilege of helping countless people find their own piece of this incredible city.

So… why real estate? For me, it’s not just about the houses—it’s about the people. Yes, I love the architecture, the thrill of the house hunt, negotiating the best deals, and creating marketing strategies. But the heart of it all is the emotional connection.

Real estate is about people, and every client has a story. I’m honored to be a part of those stories, helping them achieve their goals and FIND THEIR WAY HOME.

As a top performer ranked in top 20% of agents at Keller Williams Coastal Area Partners, I was proud to receive Silver and Triple Platinum awards in 2023. These accolades reflect my dedication and commitment to my clients, but the real reward is being a part of their journeys.

My parents' dream of homeownership sparked a legacy that has inspired me to help others achieve the same. From their humble beginnings in New York to their legacy that continues to thrive, my story mirrors that of so many of my clients. 

I founded The Morrell Collective to help others find their way home—whether it's building an investment portfolio, their first home, their forever home, or a place where memories are made.
